Returns & Cancellations:
If you are not satisfied with your order, we would be happy to assist you. Items purchased at full price from greenacre.co must be returned at the customers’ expense in new, unused condition in order to receive a refund, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that all items purchased on sale and/or with a discount code cannot be returned. Items purchased during a pre-order also cannot be returned. These sales are final.
To begin a return of your eligible item(s), please email us at email@example.com with your order number, and an explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. Your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment once we receive the item(s) in hand. Please note, we cannot refund the original shipping charges, and you are responsible for your own shipping fees to return your item(s).
We do not offer direct exchanges for orders. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to request a refund for your current item and then place a new order for the item you’d like. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to contact us.
We only accept credit card for transactions. Please make sure you carefully review your order. We are not responsible or to be held liable for any misuse of payment method. We reserve the right to update, make changes or replacements and correct any errors at any time.
Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days of you placing the order. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped. There will be exceptions, however, and will be noted on the product pages if the products may take longer to ship out.
Please note all international customers may be subject to acquire all local customs taxes and fees. Green Acre will not be responsible for any additional fees.
