Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your order, we would be happy to assist you. Items purchased from greenacre.co must be returned at the customers’ expense in new, unused condition in order to receive a refund, within 14 days of receiving your order. Items purchased on sale and/or with a discount code cannot be returned for a refund. To begin a return of your item(s), please email us at orders@greenacre.co with your order number, and an explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. Your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment once we receive the item(s) in hand. Please note, we cannot refund the original shipping charges, and you are responsible for your own shipping fees to return your item(s).

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges for orders. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to request a refund for your current item and then place a new order for the item you’d like. 

Shipping Information:

Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days of you placing the order. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
